I have a Small Business. Do I really need Accounting or Bookkeeping Services?
Let us answer with question with two questions of our own. First, do you know if you are making a "Profit" and second, do you know most tax laws concerning your business. If you answer no to either one of these questions then... Absolutely. On average, small businesses in the US overpay income tax to the tune of $11,000 each year. That is SMALL businesses not large corporations. And that is only one of the things that an accounting firm will keep an eye on.
Do I have to outsource everything or can I choose what services you perform?
We cater all services to each client individually. We tell our clients all the time that no two clients are ever alike. Depending on your comfort level and need are what services we perform.
Will I have to purchase some type of software or computer?
Not at all. We will keep all your electronic files and database on our servers unless you require otherwise. We have clients that require that we work solely in their personal software programs which is fine while others give all paperwork to us to enter into our database program. Again, we cater to each client individually.
I do not live near your company. Do you service outside of your city?
Yes we do. We service customers nation-wide. Due to the beautiful technology-age that we currently live in, we are able to use many forms of data transmission and collection.
Will I loose control of my Financial Decision-Making?
Not at all. We help to guide you and provide financial information to you in a way that is understandable and useful to the growth and management of your business. All decisions are still yours to make at any time.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We ask that you sign an agreement with our company protecting us from fraud and asking for only a 30-day notice. Other than this, our services are what keeps our clients happy and steady.
